Cross-border founders

Your company is there. You are here.

For founders who run a company registered in one country while living or operating in another. Helimux shows what each jurisdiction expects, in one calendar, with the source behind every obligation.

The problem

Two jurisdictions,
one founder keeping track.

Forming a company abroad takes an afternoon. Keeping it in good standing, year after year, from another country, is where things get missed.

Two sets of rules

The country where the company is registered and the country where you live can each expect filings, and they rarely coordinate.

Different calendars

Fiscal years, anniversary-based deadlines and local calendars don’t line up, so nothing lands on the same date.

Information in too many places

Registry portals, a registered agent’s inbox, your accountant’s email and a shared drive each hold part of the picture.

Distance from advisers

Your adviser in one country may not know what is due in the other, and you end up as the person connecting them.
One calendar

Both jurisdictions.
One list of what is due.

Obligations from every entity and every country land in the same calendar, each with the rule and source behind it, so nothing depends on remembering which portal to check.

How Helimux helps

One workspace
for every place you operate.

Helimux treats every jurisdiction the same way: as versioned rules with sources. Read how those rules are built in our methodology.

  • Record each entity once

Its jurisdiction, entity type, formation date, owners and officers, wherever it is registered.

  • See what applies, everywhere

Rules from each jurisdiction are evaluated against each entity, and the ones that apply appear in one calendar.

  • Know why

Every obligation shows the rule, the authority and the source behind it, so you can check it or share it with an adviser.

  • Keep the evidence

Filing receipts and confirmations are attached to the obligation they satisfy, ready when a bank, investor or auditor asks.

  • Bring advisers in

Add your accountant or lawyer to the workspace with a role that fits, instead of forwarding documents by email.

  • Grow without starting over

Add a new company or a new country to the same workspace as your structure grows.

Questions

What cross-border founders ask.

See how obligations are tracked on the compliance page, and how entities and ownership are recorded on the entities page.

I live in one country and my company is registered in another. Does Helimux handle both?
Yes. Each entity is recorded with its own jurisdiction, and you can hold entities from several countries in one workspace. Their obligations appear in one calendar, each traced to the rule and source it comes from.
Which jurisdictions are covered?
Helimux adds jurisdictions as versioned rule packs, one at a time, based on what customers need and the quality of the official sources. Tell us where your companies are registered when you book a call and we will tell you what is covered today.
Will Helimux tell me what I legally have to do?
Helimux shows which obligations apply based on published rules and your company’s facts, with the source for each. It is software, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. For questions that need judgement, it helps you bring your adviser in with the full context.
Can my accountant or lawyer work in Helimux with me?
Advisers can be added to your workspace with roles that limit what they can see and do, and every change they make is recorded in the audit trail.

Helimux is operational software, not a law firm, and does not give legal or tax advice. Requirements depend on your company’s facts and change over time; confirm consequential decisions with a qualified adviser.
